A Workforce Software Solution owner / very Senior Solution consultant is required.

The Solution Owner role is responsible for:
– Ensuring the solution aligns with business needs and organizational policies.
– Acting as the final authority for changes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and risk mitigation
– Coordinating between HR&IT Solution consultants, vendor, and HR Business to ensure quick resolution of incidents
– Ensuring all configurations, changes, and system behaviours are properly documented
– Ensuring all risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated while maintaining compliance with organizational standards
– Providing expertise to HR Business and HR&IT teams when advanced system knowledge is required. Training included.
– Providing expertise and consultancy to HR&IT Solution Consultant(s) or HR Business
– Monitoring system health to identify potential issues early, validate configurations, and ensure consistent performance
– Assist with troubleshooting and support colleagues that are developing and provide overall general systems support when it comes to maintenance of the system, he/she helps to configure and launch.

The Solution consultant role is responsible for:
– Monitoring and troubleshooting time-tracking, absence management, and integration issues, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs and escalating complex cases as needed.
– Analyzing recurring incidents, identify root causes, collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors, and document solutions for continuous improvement.
– Engaging with HR and business users to translate support requests into technical requirements, prioritizing based on business impact.
– Participating in stakeholder meetings to review and prioritize tickets, ensuring efficient issue resolution and backlog management.
– Providing regular updates on incident status, system changes, and performance metrics while communicating maintenance updates to end-users.
– Continuously reviewing and improving support processes, share best practices, and update training materials and knowledge base articles.

Additionally, the T&A Solution Owner / Senior consultant will also support integration work required with other systems like SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECP, and/or other payroll systems internally or externally supported through companies.

Requirements:
Workforce Software certified Time and Attendance Senior consultant with System and Configuration experience
WFS T&A Systems Support Experience
Knowledge in Payroll & SAP SuccessFactors
Strong consulting and implementation skills of time management systems like SAP Workforce Software & SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in solution design, configuration, identifying the crucial parts for testing, creating test cases etc
Ticket Management, Testing Management

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently drive tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Strong communicator, ensuring transparent and timely updates on ticket status, issues, and progress to both end users and stakeholders.
Strategic planner, capable of efficiently organizing workload, scheduling meetings, and anticipating next steps.
Accountable and detail-oriented, consistently tracking time, reporting progress, and managing time-off requests proactively.
Collaborative team player, fostering strong relationships and working seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
Danish speaking and writing is a must
Danish legal background is an advantage
The ability to facilitate discussions, by being an active listener and participant in helping flush out the business logic required in configuring the system and helping HR business understand what is needed to develop any algorithms and calculations that may need to be developed or agreed upon along the way.
The ideal candidate preferably will have WFS Sys Admin skills and prior certification/training.

I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
