Background - The current version that we are rolling out is a minimum viable product and based on the insights in the markets where the program is live, we have identified enhancements that need to be prioritized. - We started to create a new product team to work specifically on these enhancements, and are looking for a PO (Engineering manager is hired, developers will follow) - There are already 2 product teams working on Rewards, one platform team working on the foundations of rewards, and one team focused on building the customer/coworker experience. The PO of that team will work in close collaboration with these 2 teams. Requirements: • Develop the product strategy and roadmap for rewards enhancements in collaboration with key stakeholders in Retail and Digital. • Actively research customer needs and apply the resulting insights. Drive discovery. • Deliver business outcomes by experimenting and continuously developing the product. • Actively manage the product backlog, clearly expressing product backlog items with metrics and prioritizing based on business goals. • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data and Analytics • Align with other teams and manage dependencies to deliver product improvements • Proven track record of having effectively created and owned product vision, product strategy and roadmaps. • Experience being PO of backend products • Good ability to influence, listen to and collaborate successfully with variety of stakeholders • Being comfortable leading and empowering team members without formal management authority in a complex environment • Bring in a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs • Knowledge of the technology landscape in eCommerce, customer engagement, customer data. Ideally experience on Loyalty. • Extensive experience with agile development practices (backlog refinement, sprint reviews, user stories • Extensive experience managing products having a high level of dependencies to other products • Good knowledge in how to define and measure success, for example how to create OKR or KPIs frameworks
