Mission site:Partial distance (Luleå at least 1 day per week, however, some weeks may be required in place).

Description:We are now looking for a sub-consultant who can take on the role of Java developer.

The Customs Administration needs a system developer for work within a team where orders are received from both management and projects, where management is responsible for proprietary systems, purchased systems and a mixture in between.The work includes conversion of the business needs/requirements for technical solutions, implementation, maintenance of system documentation, user support and collaboration with the business.The team has an agile working method with visual control in the form of scrum or canbelled boards.Within the Customs Administration, ITIL is used for the management of incidents, problems and changes and for this a case management tool is used.

The consultant should work proactively and propose improvements that lead to better accessibility, decreasing number of incidents and higher quality.The work also includes transformation of the business needs/requirements for technical solutions, implementation of the same regardless of type of system, also includes technical tests.

The consultant will need to be security classified within the framework of the assignment and the assignment cannot be started before security rating is completed.

The consultant should:

• Fulfill the level of competence 4
• Have good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English
• Have documented experience in system development java at least ten (10) years.
• Have documented experience of spreading and collection systems (SHS) at least 2 years.
• Have documented experience with the Axway B2BI integration platform at least 2 years.

The consultant should have:

• Experience of java ee
• Experience in integration development
• Experience with jboss application server
• Experience of Angular
• Experience of Primefaces for JSF
• Experience of agile development methods
