Our financial clients are looking for a very experienced Agile or Scrum Master.

In the task you get to:
  • To support the development team and the Product Owner by ensuring that the backlog is up to date, work prioritized and team activities are smooth
  • To facilitate agile development ceremonies such as sprint design, retrospectives and daily standup meetings
  • Coach the team for agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement
  • To support and facilitate team long -term planning
  • To maintain and develop Jira views and courses to meet the needs of the team
  • To design and support Epic and Story structures as well as Confluence documentation
You succeed in the job if you have:
  • Several years of strong experience of the role and agile approach of the Scrum Master or Agile Master
  • A profound understanding of agile and Devops work models
  • Excellent communication, communication and documentation skills, both in Finnish and in English
  • Self -directed and initiative work and strong responsibility
  • Good pressure resistance and professional attitude
  • Desire to coach the team and promote its development
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence tools and the ability to support the team in their utilization
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder skills as well as the ability to adapt to team situations and needs
Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
Requirements
On-site in United Arab Emirates
Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
