This project offers you the opportunity to work in a unique environment, supporting the project leader with operational tasks.

Role and Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coach the work of three teams (integration team, application development team, and user interface team)
Manage the teams' backlogs and support them in planning their work and developing processes towards greater self-management
Work closely with stakeholders and participate in many key meetings
Your role is similar to that of a Scrum Master, but is not limited to any specific technology
While coding skills are not required, you should be ready to adopt new technologies

Requirements:

Experience in system delivery projects, ideally in power plant projects
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Ability to work in an international, English-speaking environment (working language: English)
Willingness to learn new technologies and support teams in adopting them
A solid understanding of project management and experience in promoting self-management in teams
