Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of project manager/assignment manager.

More than 50 IT components (IT systems) of varying size are handled within the authority's administrative area.Many of these systems are purchased by an external supplier.

In addition to maintenance activities/daily maintenance, the administration also handles some further development.

The Customs Administration is looking for a person who can act as project and assignment manager in projects and management.The work is done in close cooperation with the authority's operations and the internal IT organization, as well as in contact with external suppliers.The assignment will also consist of relieving the delivery area manager with varying administrative tasks.

The consultant will, among other things, be responsible for the ongoing introduction of a new system support for local management that will replace the older system that lacks vital functions that are requested by the business and the product has End of Life with inadequate and inaccessible support.

The consultant will need to be security classified within the framework of the assignment and the assignment cannot be started before security rating is completed.

The consultant should:

• Fulfill the level of competence 4
• Have good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English
• At least 8 years experience in project management/assignment management in IT operations
• At least 8 years of experience in conducting investigations of IT systems and IT environments, as well as the development of decision-making.
• At least 4 years of experience in project assignment management within the state authority where public procurement of IT support has been included in the work for all four years.
• At least 1 year experience in work as a project or assignment manager for IT systems in local/property management acquired over the past 5 years.
• Experience in assignment management linked to the system support Unit4 ERP acquired over the past 5 years

The consultant should have:

• Experience in management of procured IT systems
• Experience of supplier contacts under an existing agreement
• Experience in work with information security
• Experience in work with IT security
