Product Designer (UX/UI)

For our client we are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Create intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
2. Develop and maintain design principles and guidelines for the team.
3. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to iterate and improve products.

Profile Requirements:

1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role.
2. End-User Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with end-user products and services.
3. Tools: Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Skills:

1. A strong portfolio showing an understanding of user-centered design.
2. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
3. Knowledge of design principles for both mobile and web.
4. Additional: Strong communication skills and the ability to justify design decisions with data and insights.
