Role Overview:

Lead the implementation of a Time & Attendance (T&A) system across 30+ stores in Finland and the Benelux region.
Manage the integration of the new T&A system with Workday, with potential future integrations into payroll systems.
Oversee a multinational project team, working across locations in Finland and Denmark.
Ensure timely, high-quality reporting to the Steering Group, PMO, and other key stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience managing HR IT projects, specifically in systems like Time & Attendance. Familiarity with Workday and its integrations is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Leadership and Communication:

Excellent leadership capabilities, with experience in managing teams under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at various organizational level

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or direct-to-consumer industries is a plus.
Comfortable working in an international environment with culturally diverse teams.

Details:

Location: Espoo, Finland (Remote work options available). Occasional international travel may be required.
Work with a multinational team primarily based in Finland and Denmark.

The position begins inNovember 2024, with duration of4 monthsand a50% work allocation. There is potential for an extension based on project needs.
