Background and current situation: Systembolaget aims to improve and streamline our support organizations by implement a self-help structure based on KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) principles.We are looking for an experienced consultant to support us in developing and implementing a Framework for self -help and support guides based on KC's principles.The assignment includes strategic support, expert knowledge and help to create a custom framework that will strengthen our Support organization and create long -term value through improved knowledge management and increased Self -help for our users. Assignment description: The purpose of the assignment is to develop a structured framework for self -help and support guides which is based on KCS principles, and adapt them to the company's specific needs and requirements. The consultant should be a ball board and contribute with his expert knowledge to support the business in that Ensure that the framework is effectively integrated into our support organization and supports The goal of reducing dependence on traditional support by enabling self -help. The assignment includes • Strategic support: The consultant will contribute with advice and insights on KCS and its implementation in a support organization.This includes helping us understand KCS principles and how these can be adapted to our organization. • Development of framework: The consultant will help create a customized framework for self-help and support guides, including recommendations on structure, processes and tools that support the KCS principles.It should be user -friendly and can be applied to solve common problems and questions without the user having to contact the support. • Support in implementation: The consultant will also contribute with help in the implementation of the framework, by providing recommendations and guidelines for how we can launch and roll out in the organization. • Follow -up and improvement: The consultant will contribute with expert support to evaluate and improve the system in the long term, including the collection of feedback, analysis of user data and recommendations for continuous improvement of both the framework and the processes. The consultant's duties also include the following: 1. Understand the business and its needs: Through materials and dialogue in the business understand our support solutions. 2. Development of adapted KCS principles: Based on KC's principles, help us Develop customized guidelines and principles for how we create and maintain effective support guides. 3. Design of self -help framework: Create a framework for self -help that effectively enables users to solve problems on their own.This should include structure for articles, categorization, metadata, and user interface. 4. Education and knowledge transfers: Supporting our internal staff in understanding and applying the new KCS principles and the developed framework through training and workshops. 5. Implementation: Give recommendations for and support in the implementation of the new framework, including technical solutions and user documentation. 6. Follow -up and continuous improvement: help us set up methods for monitoring use and efficiency, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in the framework and processes. Formal competence requirements/experiences: • The consultant should have experience with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) and knowledge management within support organizations. • The consultant must have documented experience in developing and implementing framework for self -help and support guides. • The consultant should have strong analytical ability and experience in conducting current situation analyzes and gap analyzes. • The consultant should be able to train and transfer knowledge to internal teams. • The consultant should be able to work strategically and operationally to drive change work. • The consultant should have good communicative skills in both Swedish and English.
