DESCRIPTION:

The call includes a consultant who will work with Region Gotland to manage and further develop the region's data platform.The consultant will cooperate with system managers within the EHEÄLSA/MIT under the Health Administration.The call includes a consultant over a four-year period where the scope varies by 30-100 %.

The Health Administration in Region Gotland is working to move from old MSSQL environment with QlikView and Reporting Services to new DataWarehouse in MSSQL server with Power BI as a report tool.Since the transformation work will take a long time, the environments will live in parallel and require double management.So far, data from the journal system takecare and operating data from Provisio and Orbit, but more data sources are on the way.Region Gotland's data warehouses are built on the basis of a metada -driven architecture in a hybrid set where storage, movements and processing of data are done within the region's own infrastructure, but where orchestration and version management of code describing these movements and transformations is stored and executed on infrastructure.The region has the requirement to continuously send data to the National Board of Health, the Public Health Authority and SKR, which requires continuous maintenance and development.In addition, individual statistics withdrawals and report development are made for, among other things.Production follow -up and quality follow -up for the operations.Note!From April 1 to May 31, 2025, the following parts are not included: Management of QlikView and transfer from QlikView to the new platform.

Description of the assignment: The consultant shall, in collaboration with and on behalf of system managers, support and develop our platform that is covered by MS Azure, On-Prem MSSQL Server and Power BI.The data includes:

• Development, troubleshooting and maintenance of national condition.

• Provide support for incidents around pick-up and charging flows.

• Data modeling and integration of new data sources.

• Adjustments of existing data model.

• Support and development of key figures and reports in Power BI.

• Set up feeds for reading files.

• Support on conversion from older environment (MSSQL and QlikView).

• Programming in Python, XML and JSON.

• Training of both administrators and developers in the data platform

Ska-requirements:

1. The supplier shall provide a consultant who is at level 3 as defined in the framework agreement
2. Good communication skills in Swedish, both in writing and orally.
3. Experience from managing the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
4. At least 2 years of experience in work in the health care sector.
5. At least 2 years of experience with Power BI.
6. At least 2 years experience with SQL Server Analysis Services
7. At least 2 years experience in experience with Azure Data Factory
8. At least 4 years experience in experience with T-SQL and MS SQL Server
9. At least 2 years experience in experience with Azure Devops and Git including Python
10. At least 2 years experience with XML
11. At least 2 years experience with JSON
12. Requirements for previous experience must be substantiated via the call -off response to the CV.This means that CV must contain detailed descriptions of what assignments they have completed and when, especially regarding Azure, MSSQL and Power BI.Furthermore, it must contain detailed descriptions of the content of education, where the programs were read and when.CV should be supplemented with certificates on completed assignments and training.The consultant should have experience with a (1) similar assignment.This must be substantiated by the call -by to the call -off response to a description of an (1) corresponding assignment in an appendix.The following information must be stated:
