Supply Coordinator

On behalf of Tetra Pak we are searching for aSupply Coordinatorfrom an off-shore country in Europe who will support their organization in Lund.

The work will include:

• Spend data analysis/Supplier base analysis.
• Creation and distribution of surveys + collection and analysis of responses. (Supplier Relationship Management (SRM))
• Analysis preparation, PR/PO follow-ups with regional colleagues.
• Update Supplier matrix with Supplier info.
• SAP Ariba – Contracting – Creation of contract work-spaces, upload of contracts / NDAs / work orders.
• Supplier communication – distribution and collection of letters/signed documents concerning; Payment terms, Supplier code, Data Privacy etc.

• Support activities related to improvement of Payment terms.
• Contract management related to the Connection of External parties/suppliers (CEP).
• Legal taxonomy – support Legal Affairs with supplier base analysis and classification of suppliers + support in Purchase Order creation based on correct classification.
• Ensure proper documentation of global car fleet BT project for audit purpose.
• Support in car fleet contract implementation (global & regional).
• Supplier base quality (supply, ownership, guided buying etc).
• Global mapping tables in ECC.
• Category Spend Analysis with presentation in PowerPoint format.

• Supplier Ownership analysis with needed Exception requests.
• Identify and communicate efficiency improvement in any of the above mentioned work tasks and via cross-category management.
• Lead and drive Sourcing / Tendering activities
• Negotiate and implement supplier contracts

Required skills:

• The successful candidate has preferably a Higher education in Economics, Engineering or Business admin. (Students are welcome).
• Experience in the field of Procurement/Supplier Management is a plus.
• Skills in analysis and in stakeholder management
• Knowledge and experience from Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel and Power Point are essentials.
• Experience in SAP is considered a plus, especially knowledge and experience from SAP Ariba.
