Change Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Lead with over 5 years of experience to drive and implement impactful business change within an international IT program in the insurance/financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in leading change on major programs, adeptness with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and exceptional communication skills to foster positive change success.

The best part – it’s a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work at home and visit our offices to meet with colleagues – it all depends on you and the moments that matter. Estimate, office days every 3 months and EMEA workshop travel 2-4 times a year.


What the day will look like

Reporting to the Business Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:

Change Leadership

[if !supportLists] [endif] Guide and inspire teams through transitional periods, fostering a culture that embraces change and innovation.

Business Change Implementation

[if !supportLists] [endif] Drive the implementation of business change by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into existing processes and systems.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Assess potential impacts and risks associated with change and develop mitigation strategies.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Utilize the Change Management Approach to help build, maintain and deliver on the practical requirements within the Change Management Plan

Methodologies

[if !supportLists] [endif] Navigate both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting change management approaches based on the project's nature and requirements.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Implement best practices in change management to ensure effective and efficient change adoption.

Exemplary Communication Skills

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

Measure and Analyze Change Success

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

[if !supportLists] [endif] 5+ years of progressive experience in change management, particularly within major programs in the insurance/financial services industry.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Proven track record in successfully leading and influencing change in complex organizational environments.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage global teams effectively within demanding deadlines and timescales.

[if !supportLists] [endif] Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical stakeholders in support of the change management plan.

Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
