We are looking for an experienced Solution Analysis for Housing Finance Services for our client, responsible for defining and coordinating a large CRR3 development project.In the role, you can combine business needs, regulation obligations and customer experience into a functional entity.

In the task you get to:

To define and document business needs into developable features and entities in relation to a commercial real estate (commercial real estate)
To work tightly with 8 different mini-teams and ensure the progress of all aspects of
Cooperate with CRR3 regulation experts and data scientists

You will succeed in the task if you have:

Over 5 years of experience working at the interface between business and software development
Strong knowledge of the requirement and functional definition
Experience of financial processes
Understanding system development and application architecture
Experience of extensive system reforms
Fluent Finnish language skills
The ability to promote things independently and to keep threads in hands even under heavy pressure
Excellent interaction skills

The assignment will include a major development project and influence the construction of future financial services.
