Supply Coordinator

On behalf of Tetra Pak we are searching for aSupply Coordinator located in Polandwho will support their organization in Lund.

Your Main tasks:
• Spend data analysis/Supplier base analysis and classification of suppliers.
• Creation and distribution of surveys + collection and analysis of responses. (Supplier Relationship Management - SRM).
• Update Supplier matrix with Supplier info.
• SAP Ariba – Sourcing – Leading minor sourcing project self or requesting Sourcing request to colleagues in Shared Service centre.
• SAP Ariba – Contracting – Contract negotiation and creation of contract work-spaces, upload of contracts / NDAs / work orders.
• Supplier communication – distribution and collection of letters/signed documents concerning; Payment terms, Supplier code, Data Privacy, Cyber security etc.
• Support activities related to improvement of Payment terms.
• Contract management related to the Connection of External Parties/suppliers (CEP).
• Category Spend Analysis with presentation in PowerPoint format.
• Supplier Ownership analysis with needed Exception requests.
• Identify and communicate efficiency improvements in any of the above mentioned work tasks and via cross-category management.

• Self-motivated team player with good business understanding
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members, colleagues and suppliers
• Analytical ability and be able to handle a changing environment
• Independence and ability to multitask

Requierd skills:
• The successful candidate has preferably a Higher education in Economics, Engineering or Business admin. (Students are welcome).
• Experience in the field of Procurement/Supplier Management is a plus.
• Skills in analysis and in stakeholder management
• Knowledge and experience from Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel and Power Point are essentials.
• Experience in SAP is considered a plus, especially knowledge and experience from SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass
