Position Overview: As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of critical information and systems while guiding and coaching teams to create a positive, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and engage teams in implementing and maintaining robust cyber and information security measures. Balance strategic communication with hands-on leadership in driving positive security changes. Ensure compliance with current and future regulations, standards, and frameworks.
Key Standards and Regulations:
● ISO27001/2
● NIS2
● ISO21434 (UNECE R155/156)
● IEC62443
● 81001-5-1
● Cyber Security Act
Required Experience:
● 5+ years of experience with a combination of these regulations and standards.
● Experience in project or change management within product or service development companies.
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive successful security transformations.
