Customs Administration:

The Customs Administration operates throughout the country, but is mainly found at border varieties with larger travel and freight flows, mainly in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.

The Customs Administration's IT department is located in Luleå and it consists of approximately 250 employees and about 100 consultants.


Mission:
Within the framework of the Customs Administration's program for electronic customs, the project Export is operated.The project's mission is to establish a new IT support for Swedish exports under EU common legislation.The project works team -based according to Agil Methodology.The Customs Administration needs a consultant who will act as a requirement analyst in the project.The consultant will work together with experienced system analysts, solution architects, agile delivery teams and business representatives to lead and run the project's requirements and test work.The consultant will need to be security classified within the framework of the assignment and classification must be completed before the start of the assignment.


Competence requirements on consultant:
Level
Knowledge: High competence within its field
Experience: 4-8 years as a consultant in the field, is a role model for other lower-level consultants.Has been at level 2 for at least 2 years.
Management: Takes responsibility for sub -area, can lead a minor group
Independence: can work independently

Ska- and Bör-requirements:
• The consultant must have at least 2 years of experience in requirements capture within the state authority
• The consultant should at least 2 years experience writing test cases, performing and documenting tests
• The consultant should have at least 2 years of experience in the SBE method

Merit, Note specify how many years the consultant has experience of downpricing:
• Experience of collaboration tests with other authorities or EU Commission
• Experience in creating and performing automated test cases
• Experience with Atlassian products Jira and Confluence
