The consultant will participate in the authority's project for procurement and implementation of a new salary and HR system.The consultant may also participate in other projects, including an upcoming project for procurement and implementation of a new financial system.The consultant will also contribute to the customer's work with painting architecture.
The assignment and its scope should, if necessary, be expanded so that the same consultant can be used in the upcoming project on financial systems and possibly in other projects where architectural competence is needed.
Tasks: - Independently be able to operate architectural analysis and the data collection required for this.- With the help of business experts identify and document information flows, business logic, data format, existing technical interfaces, etc.- Develop documentation used in requirements for and in dialogue with system suppliers.-Prepare the realization of new or further developed IT solutions based on the needs of the business and with regard to conditions in existing IT services within the organization.- Assist in documentation of integrations that are set up in connection with the implementation of new solutions.- Contribute to the authority's work with painting architecture.
The consultant should be available for digital interview via Teams during week 48-49. Ska requirements - Competence level 3 (4–8 years).- At least four (4) years of experience working with solution architecture.- Experience in working with analysis and modeling of operations, processes and information flows.- Experience in working to realize IT solutions based on the needs of the business and painting architecture.- Experience in requirements for procurement of new IT solutions.- Experience in requirements and solution design for integrations.- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Should requirements - Experience in working with architectural issues in personnel administrative systems (salary, scheduling, HR).- Experience in data migration when replacing salary and personnel systems.- Technical knowledge of Unit4 wage and HR products.
