Requirements:
We are currently seeking five (5) technical test coordinators for our client's customs project. The work will begin in fall 2024 after security clearances are obtained. This is a full-time, long-term position (minimum of 1 year) that will be carried out remotely. There may be occasions where travel to our client's sites is required. Along with Finnish language proficiency, candidates must have experience in the following areas as of January 1, 2020:

• Creating test plans
• Reporting on test results
• Producing final reports

Candidates must have experience in a project with at least four (4) testers for a minimum of one (1) calendar year. Additionally, candidates must have at least 500 hours (approximately 2.2 years) of experience in performance testing or managing test data for test automation since January 1, 2020. Candidates must also have experience as a test coordinator in a project with at least six (6) stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and other organizations. No time or size requirements. Generally, candidates must have at least 1000 hours (approximately 4.5 years) of experience as a technical test coordinator. No time limits. Typical responsibilities include:

• Designing and planning tests
• Designing non-functional tests
• Planning test schedules, data, environments, and coverage
• Prioritizing and analyzing risks
• Coordinating testing activities, including interface testing, practical arrangements, installation coordination, and ensuring availability of environments and data
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to
