Junior .Net backend develops

The Norwegian Maritime Directorate is seeking a junior backend developer who will initially contribute to the ongoing development of the Directorate's solution for automatic issuance of personnel certificates (APS).

The Norwegian Maritime Directorate is seeking a junior backend developer who will initially contribute to the ongoing development of the Directorate's solution for automatic issuance of personnel certificates (APS).

The primary task that is delivered to the customer is to continue a continuous development in a given project with the following main tasks:

• Specification work and estimation
• Development
• Testing
• Error correction
• Production Set - Continuous Deliveries
• Documentation
• Focus on deliveries and quality defined by guidelines provided by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate in collaboration with the Consultant (s)
• Compliance and contribute to the development of architecture and technical principles of the Norwegian Maritime Directorate

The consultant (s) must expect to participate in development across the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's portfolio on occasion and needs, if the Directorate considers it appropriate.

Desired qualifications
Key prerequisites for success in this role are as follows:

• Education: The consultant should have relevant education from the university or college.
• Experience: The consultant should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience, as the position is for a junior developer.
• Technical expertise: Experience with .net and Entity Framework (EC), including practical use and any relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of authentication solutions such as OAuth and Saml.
• Azure and REST API: Experience with development, implementation and operation of applications on Azure.
• Experience in building and integrating REST APIs.
• Architecture and System Design: Experience with system architecture, including the use of .net Aspire, minimal APIS and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus and Design of Solutions based on event-driven approaches
• Communication: Working language is Norwegian, and the consultant should be able to communicate in writing and orally without significant language barriers
