Job Description:

You will be working on alarge-scale SAP implementation project for a client. Your role involves planning, directing, and managing all testing activities, ensuring smooth execution offunctional, system, and integration testingwhile maintaining high-quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implementtest strategies, test plans, and detailed schedules.
Definetest cases, coordinate the setup of test environments,& manage test data.
Review & ensure the quality of test deliverables, including test concepts, scripts, reports, and documentation.
Overseetest progress tracking, reporting, and resource allocation.
Ensure effectivecommunication and collaborationwith stakeholders, including internal teams & external vendors.
Identify risks, provideproblem-solving solutions, drive successful test execution.
Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Manage test automation strategies & ensure the adoption of best testing practices.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in SAP test management, includingSAP S/4HANA.
Proven track record in leading and managing test teams in large-scale SAP projects.
Strongleadership and stakeholder engagementskills.
Expertise in defining and executing test strategies, selecting appropriate test tools, and setting up test environments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
