Solution Cloud Architect

For our client, one of the global Production Company among others gardening equipment, we realize a recruitment process on the position of Solution Cloud Architect.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather information about the current solution through stakeholder meetings, documentation analysis, and assessment of business requirements, impact, and criticality
• Identify and mitigate migration risks related to workloads performance and availability
• Design architecture in Azure, including components such as Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, SQL databases, Firewall rules, monitoring, backups, and high availability configurations
• Validate architectural templates with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team and application owners
• Deploy the architecture in Azure Plan migration windows and prepare Change Requests (CRs)
• Execute workload migrations Provide potential hypercare support during and after the migration

An ideal candidate profile:

• Higher education level within IT or related is preferred
• Min. 6 years of experience in IT sector specializing in cloud architecture based on Azure in the large, enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with automation and IaC tools: Powershell, Azure CLI, Azure Bicep
• Working on migration workloads between VMWare and Azure Native VMs
• Ability to be a project leader – managing and reporting on progress, communication and task execution as well ability to perform tasks independently with minimum level of supervision
• Fluency in English spoken and written – working within international environment on daily basis
