We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Windows 10 upgrade project transitioning to Windows 11 before the end of October.

The project involves upgrading over 1,000 devices to Windows 11 or replacing those that cannot meet the new requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the project across multiple stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with end users.
Manage the rollout of 60–70 devices per week.
Handle budget management.
Plan and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion.
Have prior experience with system updates.

Expectations:

Proven experience in similar projects.
Strong English communication skills.

The project includes collaboration with an international team spread across several countries(e.g., Finland, India, USA). You will also work closely with a service manager based in the USA, and the offshore team operates in India.

Working language here is english and the work can be done in hybrid mode. The initial phase requires higher time allocation; minimum engagement is 50% (4 days per week). Project starts as soon as possible.
