Requirements:
We are looking for several (5) Test Coordinators for our client, Tulli. The work will begin in Fall 2024 after successful completion of security clearances, estimated to be September-October. The position is full-time and long-term (minimum of one year) and will be done remotely. In some special circumstances, there may be travel to the client's facilities (Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, Hämeenlinna or Lappeenranta). In addition to proficiency in the Finnish language, the following are required for the role: Experience in a project after 1.1.2020 that includes responsibilities such as: -Creating test plans -Reporting on testing -Creating final reports The project must have had at least 4 testers and a duration of at least 1 year. Experience as a Test Coordinator or Test Lead in a project with at least 6 stakeholders (including suppliers, clients, and other companies/organizations). No specific time or size requirements. Generally, experience as a Test Coordinator or Test Lead for 1000htp (4.5 years). No time limit. Typical tasks include: -Overseeing test automation progress -Planning and creating test plans -Scheduling of tests, preparing materials and environments, and ensuring test coverage, communication and discussion with stakeholders -Prioritizing and conducting risk analyses for testing -Coordinating testing efforts, including integration testing, practical arrangements, installation coordination, ensuring availability of materials and environments, and addressing issues with suppliers -Ensuring compliance with Tulli's testing procedures, conducting measurements and following methods, and conducting reviews of testing -Mentoring and supporting Business Testing Leads -Monitoring and overseeing supplier's testing progress and quality -Reporting on progress of testing -Estimating and forecasting workload for testing -Other testing-related tasks
