Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of certification consultant.

In its regulatory letter for 2025, DIGG has the task of developing a digital identity wallet in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 of the European Parliament and Council of 11 April 2024 on amendment of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 regarding the establishment of a European digital identity framework.

DIGG will also develop a national certification order for digital identity wallets.Digg is looking for one for two consultants (for a total of 100%) who will lead and participate in the work to develop the national certification scheme.

This assignment requires security protection agreement level three (3), where the consultant's security class is two (2).
The consultant must therefore be a Swedish citizen.

Note that CV should be written in Swedish.

The consultant should have:

• Competence level 3
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
• Depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 15408 and ISO/IEC 18045
• Knowledge of Cyber ​​Security Act and Certifications during the Cyber ​​Security Act
• Documented experience in certification review under Common Criteria on EAL4 or higher
• Experience in collaborating with certification bodies, such as FMV
• Ability to commission and manage the certification process

The consultant should have:

• Knowledge and experience of cyber security certification, in the field of digital identity or trusted services
• Knowledge of the Eidas Regulation and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1502
• Knowledge of relevant standards within the European Digital Identity Wallet Architecture and Reference Framework (ARF)
• Experience in collaboration with authorities, Member States and the EU Commission
