Start Date: The agreement is valid from the signing and until the consulting assignment of about 80 - 440 hours is completed
Final Date:
OPTION: As an option, the client can submit another 180 hours during the 48 months.
Stationing location: The assignment can mainly be carried out remotely, but the consultant should be prepared to work on site in the client's premises in Luleå if necessary
Scope: Start/introduction about 40 hours.10-100h/year

DESCRIPTION:

The client needs to secure SharePoint competence for existing collaboration areas.• Microsoft SharePoint Subscription Edition (On-Prem) • Microsoft SharePoint On-Line
The consulting assignment applies:
-Wester development
-Errors
-Akuta Incidents etc.

Ska-requirements:

The consultant should possess good knowledge and experience with the following:

1. Development and support in document management system SharePoint On-Prem and On-Line
2. Administration and management of Microsoft SharePoint
3. Migration of features/sites/apps between different SharePoint environments
4. SharePoint Framework and development environments such as
   - JavaScript
   - Powershell
   - C # .NET
   - Microsoft SQLServer
5. The consultant must have the lowest level of competence level 4 according to defined competence levels 3.3.1 in DISET, see below.
   Level 4 - Knowledge - High Generalist Competence, or very high competence in the field.
   Experience - has participated in istanic assignments in the relevant area and completed assignments with very high quality.- The level is normally achieved at the earliest after 9-12 years as a consultant within the area.
   Management - takes main responsibility for the management of a larger group.
   Independence - very great.The supplier is to be the tender
6. Attach CVs in the Swedish language, for offered consultant where requirements fulfillment is clearly stated on the basis of completed education and assignments.
7. Offered consultant should have experience with assignments similar to this.In order to prove requirements fulfillment, the supplier must attach a description of a previously completed or ongoing assignment, the role of the consultant and contact information to the client of the reference assignment.The assignment must be carried out to the customer's satisfaction.Luleå municipality may be stated as a reference.The client may contact the referent to ensure the information and that the assignment has been performed to the customer's satisfaction
