Senior Project Manager

On behalf of our customer we are looking for a senior project manager.

To support our efforts to create the best possible experience for our users and partners while maintaining a safe and secure platform, we are now looking for help reviewing requests for access and ensuring that any integration follows our Terms of Service. This will include the manual handling of cases based on existing guidelines and proactive research in our data sources together with our Data Scientists, optimization of processes together with our Product teams, and interaction with other parts of the company like Legal, Business Development, and Licensing.

The ideal candidate is driven, curious, well organized, and structured, and able to work with a fair amount of ambiguity. They can identify patterns and opportunities for improvements and contribute to creating efficient processes and guidelines while not shying away from manually handling cases and requests. In particular, they can represent Spotify with professionalism in communications with external parties and internal stakeholders.

Who you are

• You are an experienced project manager with some technical background, e.g., in Information Technology or Information Systems or have had relevant work experience.
• You have experience with proactive investigation and research, categorizing data, and handling requests with limited guidelines.
• You have an excellent command of the English language and good communication skills.
• You are self-driven and can navigate through ambiguity.
• You’re comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile and fast-paced environment.
• You are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on, solving any problems needed to help projects move forward.
• You are flexible, collaborative, and open-minded and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with legal or compliance matters

What you'll do

• Proactively review and investigate the usage of client’s Developer Platform.
• Handle requests for platform access and take decisions based on existing guidelines.
• Detects patterns and common themes in those requests and other data points.
• Continue to develop and optimize processes for the existing review and investigation workflows.
• Communicate with internal and external parties professionally, representing the client in the best possible way.
• Collaborate with engineers to both understand the stakeholders as well as develop various tooling.
• Build relationships across a wide variety of domains and business units to support our review process and collaborate around cases where we are dependent on input.
