The assignment also includes responsibility for the management of the product's design, product artifacts and that information about the product is correct.In addition, the product manager is also responsible for reporting on the product being accurate and available and that the product is communicable and orderable.

The assignment includes:
• To understand and capture the needs of the product and ensure that the product is appropriate now and in the longer term
• To communicate internally towards the customer's as well as externally with co -operative authorities
• To operate and establish collaboration forums with other authorities
• To run follow-up and improvement work with external suppliers
• To measure, follow up and report on the product's promised service levels.

Mandatory requirements

Offered consultant shall meet the following requirements for competence:

Competence in IT solutions for e-identification, e.g.BankID, SITHS, EFOS, Freja or equivalent.
Good expertise in service modeling (good, SDP and SLA)
Good expertise in contract management (SLA)
Competence to plan, lead, drive and follow up projects and activities
Knowledge of Collaboration between Authorities and Customer Management
Knowledge of Economics for IT operations and production and its IT service deliveries
Knowledge of the ITIL FAME (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and how it is used for incident and problem management in operating environment
Knowledge of the tools Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation of development activities

Offered consultant shall meet the following requirements for experience:

At least two (2) years of experience in working with collaboration between authorities (by collaboration is meant joint management/governance and management)
At least four (4) years of experience working with smart cards
At least four (4) years of experience working with Pointsharps Net ID Products
At least four (4) years of experience working with WebTRUST CERTIFICATION
At least two (2) years of experience working with the framework ITIL and its processes
At least two (2) years of experience working with by BMC Remedy

Added value requirements

It provides added value if the consultant has experience with a EFOS (e-identity for the public sector).
It provides value if the consultant has at least two (2) years of experience working with certification for DIGG's quality brand for e-identification.

Contraction

The contract applies provisionally from 2025-02-03 through 2027-02-02.

Customer then has one -sided right to extend the contract 2 times, where each extension refers to 1 year

The consultant should be able to start assignments no later than 2025-02-03.

Stationing location is by agreement based on where the consultant is a resident.
