For our client we are now looking for aTest Manager/Coordinator

Description

Create a Comprehensive Testing Strategy: Formulate a detailed testing strategy that aligns with the overarching goals and deliverables of our program.
Assist Subproject Teams: Offer guidance and support to subproject teams in developing strong testing practices and processes that meet industry standards.
Implement Test Management Procedures: Establish effective test management protocols, which include ongoing monitoring, regular follow-ups, and the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient progress toward project objectives.
Assess Automation Tools and Technologies: Review the current testing landscape and propose enhancements through test automation and other relevant technologies that could benefit the project.
Identify Risks and Resource Needs: Carefully pinpoint potential risks and resource deficiencies that may affect project delivery, while recommending strategies to mitigate these issues.
Monitor Testing Progress: Supervise testing activities to ensure they are carried out as planned, manage any discrepancies, and provide updates on testing progress.

Requirements

Demonstrated Expertise in Test Management: The consultant should possess extensive experience in leading and overseeing comprehensive testing initiatives.
Designing and Implementing Testing Strategies: This includes creating detailed test plans, strategies, and schedules specifically designed for complex systems, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are thoroughly addressed. The consultant should also identify potential risks and issues, incorporating mitigation strategies into the test plans.
Knowledge of Test Automation: A solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools is crucial. The consultant should be skilled in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing test automation solutions.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication is essential for supporting and guiding subproject teams through testing activities, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing clear reports on testing progress and results.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant technologies is necessary, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes, version control systems, and the specific content management system (CMS) in use.
