Agile coach

Job Description

The Authority is looking to hire one (1) Agile Coach.

The client wants to develop their Agile mindset and ways of working, in order to more effectively handle the constant development that characterizes the area in which the client operates. To take the next step in their development, the Authority needs support. This includes developing, improving, and maintaining methods, providing practical support to teams in their Agile journey, and contributing to the organizational change journey.

Consultant interviews are expected to take place on July 1-2.

Start-End + Option : 2024-09-02 - 2025-09-01 + option: 6+6 months
Location : The work can be done remotely, but the consultant must be present at the client's office on average once a week or as required by the business. This may vary depending on the task at hand. In-person meetings will take place either in Stockholm or Sundsvall.

Must-Have Requirements

•Competence level 3 (4-8 years).
•The consultant must be a Swedish citizen.
•Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
•The consultant must be able to start no later than September 2, 2024.
•At least four (4) years of experience working as an Agile Coach, with the purpose of supporting the business, including IT.
•At least one (1) year of practical experience in Agile work, such as with product ownership.
•Experience with multiple Agile models and frameworks
