    For our “Technical Customer Project Management Service” project in the Caucasus area, we need a skilled Lead TPM profile , with overall Nokia Cloud/Paco/IMS knowledge and strong leadership skills to lead group of engineers for a complex upgrade project. !

    The CTPM Profile that we are looking for the Georgia Project:

    Scope:
    There is an existing VOLTE network which includes : Nokia NCS as a Cloud Platform, Nokia Packet Core Solution and Nokia IMS Solution in general

    The idea is to create a plan to upgrade this network in several steps and there are global teams appointed to execute the upgrades

    The Lead TPM is needed to:

    • Define upgrade strategy/path , by working together with Domain teams and Product Lines etc
    • Cross check compatibility matrix for different network elements
    • Lead remote Nokia teams , plans their activities according to the upgrade plans
    • Monitor the progress and report properly to Delivery manager
    • Act as a single point of contact in front of the customer for this upgrade project and establish a proper communication channel
    Start Date: Asap
    Duration: Contract is done in 3 months period, however planned duration for this activity in 6-9 months
    Mainly delivery remotely, travel will be required in case of need/urgency

I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.

Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
