Senior Architect Specialist BMC Remedy

Assignment description:

On behalf of the customer, we are now looking for a BMC Remedy developer and architect to support and improve the company's BMC Remedy installation.The role involves understanding the needs of stakeholders and improving the platform based on these needs, troubleshooting the entire environment for problems, and providing support to users with both simple and advanced questions and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct small and medium-sized improvements on the BMC Remedy platform, from start to finish.This means talking to stakeholders to understand their requirements and then designing, building, testing and deploying the improvement.
• Troubleshooting problems related to the BMC Remedy platform.
• Support end users

Qualifications:

• Documented experience in developing and managing the BMC Remedy platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB and customized applications.
• Good collaboration with both team members and stakeholders, and the ability to work independently while keeping in touch with the global team.
• Ability to troubleshoot both the BMC application and the surrounding environment.
• Development skills to analyze needs and create appropriate solutions.

Experience in development, administration and operation within:

• Remedy as a development platform
• Remedy for integration and automation, including residual API and spoon.
• BMC CMDB
• Smart Reporting
• Digital Workplace
• Experience with the BMC Helix version is a merit:
• Helix platforms
• Helix Dashboards
• DWP Catalog

Skills in the following areas are also merit:

• MS SQL
• AWS implementation and terraform
• Python
