SAP S/4 HANA HR Functional expert

We are seeking a consultant with functional expertise in the SAP S/4 HANA HR domain.

Currently, we have various SAP programs that require HR master data and need guidance on efficient maintenance within SAP S/4. The HR master data is sourced from Workday and we do not have control over the current data.

Ideally, the consultant will assist with the following tasks:
• Implementation, setup, and configuration of HR master data in SAP S/4 HANA instances for our SAP programs. Also, recommend the best method for maintaining HR master data in SAP S/4 HANA from the global HCM system, Workday.
• Work with the relevant SAP programs to understand their employee master data requirements.
• Collaborate with the Group HR team and Architects to understand the data available in Workday.
• Develop a global HR master data template that aligns with the needs of both SAP programs and the Group Functions.
• Create a proposal for approval from the Design Authority Board.
• Provide guidance on establishing a governance model for ongoing maintenance of the template.

Start & End Date: As soon as possible - 30 day assignment (40 hours per week)
