Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Service Manager with business analysis expertise to support and enhance the marketing websites of its operating companies. You will be part of the FrontOffice Solutions team, ensuring smooth operations, driving SaaS solution implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop website services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Define user stories, prioritize development backlogs, and contribute to roadmaps.
Lead SaaS suppliers and development teams to deliver on business needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing & Sales Technology and Data Integration.
Perform basic configuration tasks when needed.
Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role (e.g., Product Owner, Service Manager).
Strong knowledge of Hubspot; Wordpress experience is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing and sales concepts and supporting technologies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- International experience with distributed teams is an advantage
